June 2026

May Bumps 2026

Congratulations to all our crews on a brilliant May Bumps! W1 has maintained the Mays headship, W4 super-bladed with five bumps, and O2 avoided spoons on the final day. Well rowed, everyone — congratulations!

June 2017

May Bumps 2017

Congratulations to all our crews. W1 not only retained the Mays headship but secured the double headship, having also gone Head in the Lents — celebrated, in tradition, by burning a boat at the Boat Club Dinner.

Lent Bumps 2017

W1 became Head of the River as the best women's boat on the Cam — a tremendous feat. W4 were the first JCBC W4 in 25 years, and the first of any college in a decade, to 'get on'.

May Bumps 2016

A strong campaign across the squad — special mention to M3, who bumped every day and won their blades.

Henley Boat Races

Jesus W1 raced as the top Cambridge women's college crew against Christ Church over 1750m at the Henley Boat Races.

Head of the River Race

A composite M1/M2 finished 134th in 19:53 — the boat club's best result in ten years, and 4th Cambridge college.

February 2016

Lent Bumps 2016

W1 went Head of the River, the first Jesus women's Lents headship crew since 1987, after four superb days of racing.

December 2015

Fairbairns 2015

≈250 crews competed. W1 finished 2nd overall (top Cambridge college women's VIII); M2 and W2 were the top college 2nd VIIIs.
