Partner with the Cam's most successful club

The Boat Club is looking for corporate sponsors for both club equipment and activities, and for the annual Fairbairn Cup, the largest rowing event organised by a Cambridge college club.

Rowing is the most popular sport in Cambridge, with over a third of the University involved and many more turning out to watch. Jesus is one of the most accomplished clubs on the river, with success both on the Cam and further afield.

Sponsoring the Club is an excellent opportunity for recruitment and for getting your name recognised by thousands of students at the University.

Why sponsor JCBC?

  • › A third of the University rows — huge, engaged reach.
  • › Naming exposure at the Fairbairn Cup (≈250 crews).
  • › Direct recruitment access to Cambridge students.
  • › Association with one of the river's top clubs.

We are a tight-knit community of over 90 highly driven individuals who get up before sunrise to make the Club the fastest on the river. We champion gender equality in rowing, our members come from a diverse range of backgrounds, and we offer free coaching to all College members in an often inaccessible sport. Our rowers and coxes are high-performing, resilient team players — and will make capable, exciting employees in the future.
